We Guarantee our Labrador Retrievers
Guarantee is as follows:
1. The
dog must have Berbrich Bay or Berbrich's included in dogs registered
name.
2. Original
purchaser must own the dog.
3. The
dog must not have sired or whelped a litter.
Upon proof of any of the following we will replace the affected pup with a pup from a breeding of comparable price, color and sex:
1. Hip
dysplasia until 30 months old.
2. Hereditary
eye problems until 30 months old.
** ANY DISPUTES WILL BE PRESENTED TO SELLERS VETERINARIAN **
Seller will make decision on veterinarians opinion.
To qualify for a replacement pup the purchaser must present proof of the defect
to be examined by the sellers veterinarian.
In addition,
the purchaser must:
1. Return
the dog at purchasers expense OR
2. Present
proof of the dog being put to sleep OR
3. Present
proof that the dog has been spay or neutered AND
4. All
registration papers must be returned.
ANY SHIPPING
COSTS ARE NOT BERBRICH BAY LABRADORS RESPONSIBILITY, NOR BY ANYONE ASSOCIATED
WITH BERBRICH BAY LABRADORS, EVEN WHEN REPLACING A DOG OR PUP. DEPOSITS
ON PUPS ARE NOT RETURNED, UNLESS THE COLOR & SEX OF THE PUP IS NOT AVAILABLE.
COST OF SURGERY FOR A HEALTH RELATED PROBLEM OR ANY OTHER MEDICAL EXPENSES
ARE NOT COVERED BY BERBRICH BAY LABRADORS. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
